Light, Small and Functional
I bought this product to be kept with a collection of food I have stored in case of power outage or other such events. The pack I bought had four pieces to it. Each piece is very light weight and could be carried around all day without any issue. I was going to put one on my key ring but I soon discovered that the can opener opens up while inside of a pocket and the hooked edge catches on clothing meaning they do not sit in a pocket all that well. I have already tried to open cans of varying sizes and this can opener had no trouble with larger cans. If you have never used a can opener like this before you might have a few issues initially but after a can or two you should have no issue figuring it out. One of the things that I foresee as a potential issue is the durability. These are very cheaply made, I do not know how many cans you could open before it fails but i would not trust one to open up an entire emergency supply. If you plan on using these for a backpack, bug out bag or emergency kit I would recommend 2 or 3 can openers per each bag. You will likely not need all three but all you need is to twist one funny and break your only method of opening cans of food. This product is really not meant to be used daily. I have no doubt that if needed I could get into my cans of food without a problem with these can openers and I can save tons of space. I just tape these to the tops of the top of cans on the top of my collection and they do not poke above the lip of the can more then a few millimeters. This really is meant for camping, hiking or survival type events and activities. This is really not built to be used in a kitchen home or professional as the opening a single can takes a decent amount of effort and time which in a camping or survival situation is fine considering the almost non-existent weight added to a backpack Pros: Lightweight, small, effective, large enough to fit in your fingers without problems (I have large hands) Cons: Not super durable, can not be kept in a pocket or on a key chain, All in all I am very satisfied with this product. There were no surprises the can opener does just that; open cans. It is not a very expensive product so it is no surprise it is made of inexpensive materials and not built to be used as a homes primary can opening method. I also prefer these P-51 to the P-38's, which are smaller. The P-51 is an excellent size at not to big to be annoying but definitely large enough to be functional.

Works better than the opener on your swiss army knife.
I purchased a set of four military can openers because I wanted to have back up options in my house and car bag in case of civil unrest, natural disaster, or other unforseen circumstances forcing my family to have to move suddenly and with few supplies. These fit the bill for can openers and I feel more comfortable using these long term than using a swiss army knife or leatherman every time I open a can. (I'd rather not wear those out unnecessarily.) My only wish on these would be for a slightly bigger handle for comfort. Bonus: Other helpful things to have ready: Bottled Water, Canned staple food, 550 Paracord, Mason Line, Sturdy fixed blade knives, A knife sharpener, sewing kit, Phone charging bricks and cables in USB-c/Micro usb/ and apple lightning varieties even if you don't use all three, Duct tape, paper, pens, AA and AAA batteries, water proof lanterns and flashlights, camping water filtration equipment, 4 person tent for 2 people, Folding stools, baby wipes, and tools to repair your car on the side of the road. But most importantly, knowledge weighs nothing. Learn how to tie knots, do first aid, sew, use a map and compass, do simple repairs on your car, skin game, make shelter, plant and harvest food.

Sturdy and sharp.
These are good. I had an old one of different brand which was great, but I lose it occasionally due to its small size, so I wanted to have more on hand. Gave some away too. Works well, is sturdy and sharp. Will buy again if needed.
