Epsoak Epsom Salt 2 lbs - Muscle Soak Bath Salts

I have SI disease, osteoarthritis, and a fall twisted my hip some and boy this helps after soaking for 20 - 30 minutes in a spa tub w a spa mat. This is way better that regular epsom salt soak. Love the smell.

We take epsom salt baths after working out, if we sense that we pushed a bit too hard and we might be sore. Epsoak has long been one of our go-to brands, especially since Epsoak/AMZ also offers 19 lb bags that provide a good value. We typically buy their plain epsom salts, but the muscle soak is a nice option sometimes. We also find that a dixie cup worth in a foot bath resolves issues with sore feet after a day of hiking.

I'm currently battling some kind of flu, and these salts are a godsend for body aches! Can't wait til I'm healthy and can try them out on exercise-induced owwie-ness! The scent is minty and lovely on the sinuses. Not too strong, not too medicinal, and it's not perfumey, either, for the guys out there. The mint is more of a pick-me-up than a put-me-to-sleep, but it's relaxing all the same. I might opt to stick with lavender scented salts for strictly bedtime, leaving these ones for sore muscles because of that. Also, I used these with my jetted tub. It was a wonderful combination!

I bought some for my girlfriend; she works long hours as a doctors and often complains of sore muscles. We've both tried it since and it really seems to work. It left us feeling relaxed and considerably less sore than before, all with a refreshing minty scent.

These dissolve quickly, smell amazing and definitely help muscle soreness. They have a very strong refreshing scent, I have finally used up this bag and will absolutely be repurchasing. I mostly use this in my sons baths so that I can soak my feet in them and breathe in the nice aroma while he logs some tub time.

I purchased this for my husband who does a lot of running and cycling. He loves the bath salts. Amazon delivered them the next day after I ordered them which was also nice. The bag is sturdy. The salts bath filed our condo with a nice minty smell. I plan to order these again.
