Great for making slow rise pizza dough
Great for making slow rise pizza dough, the flavour and raise is great. Tried to bake a bread as well (run out of strong flour) but didn't really worked out too great. Stick to using it for pizza and you will never use anything else.

Fantastic quality Flour highly recommend for Pizza
This Caputo flour makes beautiful pizzas however it looked like the delivery people had played football with the package as every bag had split!

La harina es genial y una pasada. Pero no es la que vendían (la azul), recibí la roja. Por mucho que el vendedor diga que es la misma, no lo es! son diferentes! No admiten que no es la misma, y eso molesta. No obstante, me quedé con el pedido porque conozco la roja y me gusta mucho.
