Seven people showed up for dinner. We intended to make eight falafel patties four for the vegetarian and four for a few other people who might eat one, but the person preparing the falafel mix added too much water at first, so we ended up making 36 patties of falafel. We also had three pounds of rib roast, cut into kabobs, for the six meat eaters. The rib meat was prepared by a professional chef so it was super delicious - tender, juicy, flavorful, and succulent. On the side were tabbouleh, saffron rice, red pepper hommus, herbal hommus, tahini, garlic sauce, Persian flat bread, salad and six kinds of desserts - from lokum to Christmas cookies to baklava. In the end there were only four falafel patties left and there were one and one-half pounds of kabobs left. The vegetarian ate five falafel patties. That must mean that the steak eaters devoured 27 of the falafel patties because they were so delicious! The falafel was the hit of the meal!! Until you taste this falafel you will think I am off my rocker to say falafel out-shone rib kabobs, but taste this falafel and you will want to eat it at least once a week!!

This has to be one of the best Falafel mix I have ever tried!!! It takes no effort to prepare beside adding water. All you need to make it is water and oil. It’s great for hosting parties, snacks for the kids, Finger food, and it’s healthy. And yay for vegetarians!!! I tried it as an addition to salads and my kids ate the salad 😍. I highly recommend it.

Hands down the best falafels I’ve ever tasted!! And so EASY to Make! Had me feeling like a great cook, showing off my falafel skills to family. No one needs to know my secret 🤭 It was a hit with everyone!!! So thank you, I Will definitely be purchasing more of these!

These are absolutely delicious! They are extremely easy to make and are perfect for all occasions. I had friends over and they were eating them so fast that I could barely get them out of the frying pan. Already ordering again. Incredible vegetarian fish - with a salad or by themselves.

I followed the proportions on the package and ended up with a soupy sludge that I couldn't mold into balls no matter how long I waited. I added a little bit more of the mix to the soup and waited again until it was like pancake batter. I fried them into patties. They were tasty. I think I will play with the ratio to get a better result in the future.

I must say I wasn’t sure what to think at first. I just moved to Colorado and Mediterranean food is hard to find. I’m half Egyptian so growing up my father and grandmother would make fresh at home. The delivery time took some time I’m sure being that we are in a pandemic doesn’t help. I followed instructions on the package and let soak in water for 60 minutes. I also added some sumac and Za’atar spice also some fresh finely chopped parsley. I prefer to not eat too much fried food. What I did was spray my baking sheet with coconut oil and I rolled out some falafel and sprayed lightly over top of falafel with coconut oil. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 450 They came out perfectly!!!! I highly recommend My request to the OWNER is to please make some with no garlic and no onion as I am allergic and really want to eat this often!

I used the advice in the reviews and used a little less water and a little more mix than the instructions stated. Let it sit for an hour and fried up the best falafel of my life! So much flavor, such a great texture. Amazing.
