Low carb satisfaction
Bought the 10 bag sampler and they're all full of flavor! Except the Stupid Hot. It's just wicked spicy to my tastebuds, not a lot of actual flavor. These satisfy my crunchy, salty cravings without the carbs. Yes, spendy. However, there are very few of the hard rinds (if any) in each bag. QC is on point. They are a delight to eat!

Crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for low-carb snacking
The Pork King Good pork rinds variety pack is an excellent snack option, especially if you’re low-carb or keto. Each flavor has a strong, savory taste without being overly salty, and the rinds are light and crispy instead of hard or greasy. I like having the variety pack because it keeps things interesting and makes it easy to find a favorite. They’re great on their own or even crushed up as a crunchy topping for other foods. If you want a satisfying snack with real crunch and bold flavor, this pack delivers. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

Hit and Miss
Each flavor is a different experience, but there are a couple things to note. ∙ All bags have good quality control for texture. Out of all 10 bags, only one of the pork rinds was slightly overcooked (hard). Otherwise, they're quite light and easy on the teeth. ∙ The bags/portions feel quite small, but they're still filling. Per Flavor, things are a bit different... Pepperoni Pizza: These rinds are really porous, and that means they can take up flavor really well. The issue here, is that this bag had too much flavor. I was overwhelmed with the spices, and ended up giving the bag to my partner, who happily finished them. This is a hit or miss bag. Either you'll love the flavor packed into these things, or you won't. The most prominent note was the spice of the pepperoni for me. Salted Butter: These were a big hit. They tasted like a wonderful popcorn alternative. Light, buttery, awesome. I'd order these again and again for special occasions. Stupid Hot: This bag lived up to its name. As someone who doesn't not like spicy food all that much, I ended up giving this bag immediately to my partner. I was still curious and tried half of a pork rind. I'm glad I gave the bag away. They're much hotter than Hot Cheetos or even the typical spicy pork rinds that you can get for $2 at a local store. My partner loves spicy, but sometimes it makes him hiccup... these skipped the hiccups and he was just straight crying through the whole bag. He was several bites in before he realized the spice comes in waves. Dill Pickle: These had a very good dill flavor, and you can taste the brininess too. I found these a little overwhelming for me, like with the Pepperoni Pizza and gave them to my partner, who really enjoyed them. I think these would've been better (to me), if I had added a dash of garlic and onion powder to help balance the flavor profile a little. This may work for you if you experience the same problem I did! Nacho Cheddar, White Cheddar, Smoky Jalapeno & Cheese: Underwhelming. The cheese flavor in all three bags were quite lacking. In the smoky Jalapeno, I didn't even taste the cheese. Ranch: The flavor was okay, but I wouldn't buy it again. Especially at such a premium price. In this instance, you're better off buying original flavor and dusting some hidden valley ranch powder into it. I could taste some of the individual spices, but it just didn't marry the way I wanted it too. Pink Salt & Vinegar: At first, I was underwhelmed, but the flavor is cumulative. A few chips in and I really started to taste and feel it. This is a flavor I would purchase again. Onion & Sour Cream: This flavor really shined. The onion flavor was very present, but you can still taste the tang of the sour cream. The is also a flavor I would purchase again. Overall, I'd recommend the Salted Butter, Pink Salt & Vinegar, and Onion and Sour Cream. The other flavors were either underwhelming for the premium price, too spicy, or the flavor was too potent for my taste.

A LOT of Hard Pieces! :(
The reason I ordered these is because I read several reviews where people had said that the Pork King Good rinds didn’t have those super hard pieces or at least very few of them.....WRONG! First, at least a third of the bag you receive is just air. So for the price, the amount is not impressive by any means. But since I am on keto I am willing to pay a premium for items that will help me stay true to my food requirements...IF said food is tasty. Anyway, my first impressions were not good but I opened the bag. They looked fine so I was hoping for good things. I ordered the salted butter flavor. I took two pieces out and they were light and fluffy, which seemed to be a good sign. But as I bit into them the flavor was completely lacking. I didn’t find them overly salty like many said. I am someone that likes salty foods better than sweet foods so I may have a higher tolerance to salt. The part that sucked though, is aside from being salty they were tasteless. You can see there is a seasoning on them but it doesn’t have any flavor other than being salty. There is nothing buttery about this flavor. So that was disappointing too. At that point I knew I wouldn’t be buying these again. I can get tasteless $1.99 pork rinds at my local grocery store with a bag that is actually filled almost to the top. If I can opt for the picante flavor at my grocery store, which is pretty much more heat than it is flavor but it gets the job done. The added insult to injury though was the fact that almost half of the bag was filled with those rock hard pieces that I hate with a passion. And when I say hard I mean...thought I was going to crack a tooth hard and to the point of inedible hard. I figured maybe it was just a bad bag. Nope. I opened up the second bag and the it was the same thing. I couldn’t even finish it. Rock hard piece, after rock hard piece. So I tossed that bag halfway through it. I was done playing Russian Roulette with my teeth. So now I have two unopened bags just taking up space in my cupboard. They will be going in the trash, unopened. What an absolute waste of money. Buyer beware!!

Best pork rinds I have found so far.
I was NOT a pork rinds fan, but quite enjoyed these! My favorite flavors are white cheddar, nacho cheese and sour cream and onion. My son enjoyed the spicy one. The butter one was meh. Did not care for the pickle or ranch.

Great, Good, Or Mediocre - Depends On The Flavor
I ordered this variety 10-pack so I could taste all of the flavors and just order my favorites going forward. Overall, the pork rinds have a fantastic texture: very light and airy, with a couple pieces of extra crunch in each bag. They did not turn gummy or get stuck to my teeth like a number of brands do. Flavor-wise, it was very hit or miss for me with only two flavors being something I'd intentionally reorder. I did send this 10-pack to my mom and she said the flavors she tried were way too salty. I'm not a fan of salt, but only the Salt and Vinegar and Dill Pickle flavors felt overly "salty" to me (they hit on the tongue like salt, but I think the Dill occurred that way for me due to the flavoring and not due to actual salt). Dill Pickle and Salt and Vinegar were my two least favorites. I couldn't eat more than just a few of them and tossed the bags out. The Stupid Hot has a great heat that definitely builds. If you're a massive heat fan, it probably won't be nearly enough for you. For most folks, these may be too spicy. My favorites were the Nacho and White Cheddar versions. They stayed flavorful through the full bag and they're the only two where I wish I had more once the bags were finished. The Pepperoni didn't strike me as tasting like a pepperoni pizza, but they were fine. If you like buttered popcorn, the first few Salted Butter pieces you eat will be delicious. I found the flavor kind of disappeared about halfway through the bag. Overall, the flavor's on the mild side, but still pretty good. Smoky Jalapeno was pretty good, but it seemed like the overall flavor was missing on maybe half of the bag. For the pieces that had the flavoring, they were good enough for me to reorder. Neither of the Onion and Sour Cream or the Ranch versions tasted like those flavors. If I didn't know the flavor on the bag, I would have had a difficult time guessing what they were supposed to be. They're mildly flavored and inoffensive, but I probably would not reorder them.

The BEST out there
Been doing Keto for 6 years and severely miss Kettle Salt & Vinegar Chips. No carbs pretty much means no snacks, so food is way more function that fun now but the benefits, both mental and physical are worth it a million times over. As if this wasn't enough food restriction I'm also allergic to dairy and wheat. And cats, which i don't eat anyways. Pork Rinds are my only lifeline for any kind of snack food and S&V has always been one of my most intense cravings. The trick has been finding great S&V pork rinds. Mac's, for some reason I haven't figured, out make me feel incredibly sick. This is a bummer because the price is reasonable and they do taste pretty goos. EPIC, from whole foods, are consistently great but are INSANELY overpriced. 2.5oz for $5? that's robbery. I've been battling with HEB brand (a Texas Grocery chain) because they are Hit or Miss. They hit, like really amazing in every way, only about .05% of the time. I swear the 'cooks' dump in the salt and vinegar ingredients once every 2000 bags and it pretty much gets distributed on about 3 of them. It's like playing they lottery. On the rare occasion when I get a good bag it's like finding the golden ticket at Charlie's Chocolate factory. And they are priced low at less than $2 for a 5oz bag which is perfect. But again. they are usually terrible... Most brands of pork rinds don't even bother with this flavor. not sure why but finding companies that do has been difficult and there are a few other brands i've never tried because they are manufactured with milk, always a huge bummer. This Pork King (awesome word play on the S&L skit) brand is by far the best of all of them. These things are so good they are dangerous. The addictiveness vs the price is what makes them so. Luckily, after ordering a bag off this site for $11 i found them locally here in Austin at Central Market for $7. the price, though much better than that of WF's, is a still bit steep for me. In a perfect world a bag at this price would last 3-4 days but these are so awesome that once i open a bag I pretty much demolish the whole thing or stop short of the end because the intense flavoring actually makes my mouth hurt. It's a 'hurts so good' kinda thing. and the crumbles at the end will pucker your face into the density of a neutron star. Again, it's a great sort of painfullness. Long story short i LOVE THESE MORE THAN MOST PEOPLE IN MY LIFE but I have to temper myself because of the mildly steep price. if they were ever dropped by even a couple dollars I'd probably spend a 1/4 of my income on them.

Stale
I liked all the different flavor options. But the ones I got the first bag I tried they tasted kind of stale thought it might just be the one bag so I opened another bag and that one was also stale. So far all of them are pretty hard and stale tasting. Wouldn’t purchase again
