This is great! It definitely helps me with inflation and pain, which I have quite a bit of. I had a bad fall in February and broke a few bones and tore a few muscles. I’ve tried another brand of turmeric that is locally made but it’s quite expensive so I thought I’d try this one. It works every bit as well! One night I got into bed and realized that I hadn’t taken it and I certainly felt far worse in the morning. I now take it three times a day, always with food. The large capsules are a little bit hard to swallow and do tend to get stuck in my throat, but I always take it with a meal now. I think it’s a great deal, especially at this price point. I’ll continue to buy it and take it on a regular basis. It definitely works for me!

Turmeric Helps with Pain from Inflamation. It also may help with "gut function" It also is not a bad price. "It is a pretty good price." When you first start taking Turmeric for the forst "4 days or so" you may not want to to for "a walk at the park or to the mall." You MIGHT have issue and not be happy if you don't want to be looking for public bathrooms to use. ;-) It is "said to be best to take this" with "Your largest/heavies meal of the day" After "5 days or so" of taking turmuric, If you had "issues" they should start to fade away/go away. If you take turmeric on an Empty stomache ot wish something Light, you MIGHT have an issue with need to run for the toilet at some point. I Recomend Taking This with Pain From Inflamation. (Which your body pain may be coming from without you know that the pain is from inflamation.)

I love this step.I take it twice a day, and it really helps my pain. I've got fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, osteopathritis of the lumbar spine, sciatica, myapathy and this stuff takes the pain away.
