I replaced this gasket on my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT 6 speed trans. Looks good quality

Installed this during a fluid and filter change. The material was nice and thick but still pliable. Very happy with the quality. Would definitely buy again if I need another.

Fit perfect. Glad I changed it when I did the fluid change because it's a real bear getting the pan off a 6L80 and I didn't want to do it twice because of leakage.

The gasket is great; the Amazon shipping is horrible. An item like this should have been sent in a protective box, this was sent in an undersized padded envelope. The gasket arrived bent.

This gasket can be a little tricky to install in a tight spot. Position gasket on to pan, tie some thread through 4 corners of the pan, 2 in the center to hold gasket secure, align pan to install on transmission, install all bolts finger tight, clip threads and pull thread out and tighten bolts to spec. Do not use any sealant or silicone. Add fluid , check for leaks.

I ordered this part for my 2015 GMC Sierra 4WD SLT with the 6L80E transmission. This gasket is heavy duty. Quality OEM construction. These are actually reusable but I wasn’t sure if I would damage the original and for the $$$ the peace of mind of having a backup is worth it. Shipping was fast at 3 days. Thanks!
