Good value
Working fine so far. I have two of these covering my woodpile and neither tore when I installed them. I hope to get a couple of seasons out of them before the sun kills them.

Ripped within a week
I used this to cover the top of my chicken run, to keep my ladies dry and shaded. We had a pretty big wind/rainstorm within a week of putting this on, All but one of the grommets on one side ripped out…very disappointing.

It is a tarp
Works ok for a light duty/medium duty tarp a little short compared to measurements. However… it is a tarp and is doing what I need it to do. Just like any tarp of this quality, care and maintain eye go hand in hand for longevity
