My beard is pretty wavy once it gets a little length to it--making it a struggle to groom and make it look great. This straightener is awesome. Look awesome up in the dictionary; you'll see an image of this straightener! Just kidding, obviously. The straightener heats quickly, is really easy to use, and dramatically improves my beards appearance. It gives me the confidence to keep growing it out, and letting it become more, and better, than it is.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband as he hinted at wanting to try one of these straighteners. He absolutely loves this one! His beard has always been very wiry and all over the place no matter what products he used. This straightener helps contain it each time he uses it. I've noticed a huge difference over the last several months of him using it and straightens his beard more each time. The size is great for it's use, the value was fantastic, and it would be great for travel.

Husband loves this thing. Helps him tame his wild and ever growing beard. His facial hair is much longer than we thought! He brushes through it and then uses this straightener with a little beard oil to protect the hair. Actually saves him a lot of time in the mornings since he isnt try to brush it to be a certain way only for it to get messed up immediately. The straightener works very well, and it looks like a tiny hair straightener that I might use in a pinch(on my head hair)!

I expected this product to work like my ex-girlfriend’s flat-iron, which straightened her hair by essentially pressing it like a pair of pants. And in fairness, that’s not entirely incorrect, although it turns out to be a lot more than that. It works as part of a larger beard gardening repertoire, and requires commitment to the process. In case anybody still believes that men aren’t as beauty-conscious as women. The product has heated ceramic bristles with plastic safety tips; the ceramic is capable of hitting temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. However, the bristles are widely spaced, so it doesn’t press the kinks out of facial hair (which, for those who don’t know, tends to be coarser than head hair). Rather, it coaxes and encourages your beard to lie flatter and straighter, a process that accumulates over time. When I first began using it, I didn’t realize the process was cumulative. Because my beard wasn’t immediately ruler-straight, I assumed it wasn’t working, and that there was something about either my hair or this brush that kept it from working. I was ready to chuck it in the garbage, but for whatever reason, I kept using it, tentatively accepting that maybe the problem was me. Maybe, I thought, I was too impatient. Turns out, that’s correct, I was too impatient. Because as I kept using it, I began seeing the benefits build up: my beard has become straighter and hung down rather than bushing up, the way an untended beard often does. It’s still not ruler-straight, and often curls gently under my jawline, but that looks much more groomed and confident than what it did before, sprouting randomly like an azalea shrub. Before getting this, you want to ask yourself whether it’s something that’ll actually work for you. First, the safety tips on the heated bristles are almost half an inch long, so if you keep your beard trimmed close, this product won’t do you much good. Your facial hair needs to be at least half to three-quarters of an inch long for the heat to even reach your beard sufficiently to make a difference. So it’s only for long-beard wearers. It’s also only for people whose facial hair is fairly coarse and thick in texture. Of course, most people’s beard hair is a different texture than their head hair. But if your facial hair is fine and wavy, this brush won’t straighten it completely. Rather, it’s intended for users with tough, bushy beards. My facial hair is a moderate texture, which probably explains why it took two weeks’ use before I saw improvements. Finally, I need to stress again, it’s not a single-use product. You need to commit to using this heated brush as part of your long-term beard gardening system for best results. Partner it with a good-quality beard oil or other product to wind-proof your beard, because this product doesn’t permanently change your facial hair, it just conditions it. Sweat or strong winds can undo the benefits if you don’t prepare. But if you’re willing to invest that level of maintenance into your beard, you should start seeing the benefits after a few days. My beard, which is vulnerable to curling under and looking sloppy if I don’t maintain it daily, now definitely looks better and more professional just for hanging straighter. If that’s what your beard needs to look polished and distinguished, consider giving this device a try.

Best beard straightener I’ve ever used. I’ve tried several different types of straighteners but this by far is superior. The wide brush gives a far better result than other sizes and styles. I’ve had a beard since 2019. My beard is naturally curly and wiry. Always has been a hassle to to manage. Never experienced such a good hassle free result. I am most pleased with this one.

It was great until I wound up the cord to put it away every day and now 6 months later it has a short in the cord doesn’t work.

This is a good beard straightener. She gets pert hot… but you’ll be fine.

I’ve bought a few of these from different “big” name brands. None of them got the desired look I was trying to get. They just did not straighten and hold. I felt like this was a temperature issue. When I got this one I noticed that there are three ranges of temperatures. I also noticed it felt better in my hand than the cordless I had tried. The middle temperature was perfect for me. It works very well and heats up fast. In the morning I plug it in and turn it on. By the time I’ve brushed my teeth the brush is hot enough for me to use. The value I get from this brush was higher than brushes 3x the price.

NO good as it has a US 110v plug. Don't even bother if your country uses 230/240v.
