Good flavor- but pricey

So sorry but I tried my first omelet, I was so disappointed. It actually tasted like a corn cake. even smothering it with salsa didn't help. I ate all I could stand and had to just throw it out. I am allergic to egg whites so I have really been trying to find something to fill that void. I wished I could do a better review for you, since you are a small family business and I know how hard that is....best wishes.

Honestly was very hopeful to find a vegan egg substitute although when cooked with vegetables or alone i could eat thoroughly. Thank you for your efforts. God bless

I don't care much for the price of this product and feel it is way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and just buy your own chickpea flour and make your own mixes..........way cheaper and taste about the same.
