I started Hum Nutrition supplements with Flatter Me Pre & Probiotic and it worked amazing! I was excited to try more products! However, I was skeptical about Daily Cleanse, even when I took the quiz on Hum’s site and it suggested this. I just wasn’t sure how it would help me since Flatter Me was working great and I don’t suffer from breakouts. But I tried it anyways and boy was I wrong! It aids Flatter Me by getting the gunk out of your system and I have noticed positive changes in my skin like it feels firmer and looks clearer. I’m a regular pill taker so the size doesn’t bother me, it’s super easy to swallow with it being a capsule, no weird smell or after taste, and it comes from Hum so you know and can tell it’s high quality. Some might complain about the price, especially if you buy multiple Hum products, but to me buying from Hum Nutrition is worth it. Going in I was skeptical. It’s definitely not for everyone. Diet plays a ginormous role. If you’re a junk food occasionally or always, this cleanse is useless on you. Why? Because this is a softer cleanse. It is not a deep pull it out of your gut from top to bottom throw it all out the back door. No ma’am. I’m 64, mostly plant base diet. It cleanses well. A few things it has done for me. That’s noticeable. My dark spots are fading and my bowel movements are odorless. Yep, you read that right! To be honest most plant base diet creates an odor free #2. I have noticed my hair feels a little oily. The biggest change, energy! This product took away my mid morning naps. Not sure if I’m liking that yet. The lethargic feeling went from 10 to 0. All this in 1 week. And yet, I’ve been dealing with my lethargic for 6 years. 1 week on this stuff, 2 caps a week that’s 14 cap so far. Game changer for some, others it could be a beginner cleanse.

I am loving them sooo . Really helped with improving the look of my skin . I’m feeling more cleansed . I loved that is natural and can be taken daily. I’m loving my results and hoping to see even better ones.

Currently on my 2nd bottle so I've been taking this supplement for 6 weeks now and have def noticed an improvement with my hormonal acne. Didn't experience a purge — nothing out of the ordinary, just cleared up slowly and calmly. BUT the pills are huuuge and it's literally the only reason I'm giving 4 stars.. I've been pushing through it bc the results have been great, but once I finish this bottle, I'm tapping out. If my acne flares up again, I might reluctantly order another. Hum, PLS make a smaller pill version!

Product did not work for me. Bought 2 bottles for took for 2 months to help with my hormonal cystic acne to just make it worse. Was patient thinking it’d get worse before it would get better. Followed the directions of 2 caps 1x a day with plenty of water. I’m sure it cleaned my kidneys and liver out because I was peeing strange colors but that’s about it. Stopped taking it for 3 days now and my breakouts are starting to calm down. I’m disappointed that it worked for others but made my acne worse. But you never know until you try, could work for you!

Need to start taking them again. Didn’t finish the other bottle while having good results. Purchased this bottle for my daughter to try. Thank you for your awesomely wonderful products (Hum) that is 😎

I’m sure the positive reviews are genuine, but I had a really bad experience with these. Took them for about a week, and my acne got worse. Really bad breakout around my mouth, and in other areas of my face I usually don’t have an issue with. I also realized that the lethargic, tired feeling I’d been having was due to taking these. They also taste terrible. I threw the rest in the trash as they’re apparently not returnable. Once I stopped taking them, my acne cleared up and my energy came back. Others may have a better experience than me, but I can’t recommend them at all. Wasted my money.

Seem to be working only after 3 days of taking this. Got compliments about the glow on my face. The toilet runs have become little too frequent, but not bad at all. Happy with the purchase!
