I've used this product in the past for a 1st floor bathroom application. It works well to keep mold and mildew away and lasts a long time (20 years since last application). After all these years, I needed to freshen up the walls around the shower and didn't need a full gallon. It covers well and is durable. Washes well too. A little on the thin side when applying so be prepared. More on the watery side than creamy side. No major odors when wet and dries fast. Also delivered in a secure plastic covering that allowed the product to take the beating of delivery without incident. Would recommend.

I think this paint would be okay for my application, but the problem was Amazon shipped it in a brown paper bag... So when it was sat in front of my door it looked like it might have had an opened pop can inside.Needless to say, the entire contents were spilled inside the bag. But on another note, not one drop of paint came out of the bag. So good on Amazon for using water tite bags, but honestly, they should have known better then to send paint in a bag.

Paint was not good

This paint is ok but it seems to absorb into he ceiling very fast . It also will take several coats of it for any project so buy plenty . It tends to bleed back through .The price is why I bought it however I been better buyin more expensive and a bigger container it would paid me in the long run . Once you get it up though it’s beautiful.
