Make sure it’s not refurbished.
It came with manual on how to set it up, was missing one of the power cords and when you called for assistance on setting it up I got no help.

Its a phone
And it works. It wont necessarily make difficult calls easier, nor will it enhance that special call from a loved one that brightens your day. It wont make your morning coffee taste like manna from the heavens.. nor will it streamline your most menial tasks... and it wont sweeten your favorite sister in laws sour mood. But it IS a phone.
