AQUARIUSAQUARIUS 62155 Dahl- Matilda 500pc Puzzle, 8"

This puzzle was a moderate challenge for a ten year old, and it was fun. The pieces did not fit together exactly perfect, but weren’t any trouble to get together.

My 7 year old received this as a gift. He completed the puzzle minus the last piece. The piece that was remaining was a duplicate of another piece. So, we had the correct number of pieces (500) but one was a duplicate so he couldn't complete the puzzle. I went on the website and submitted a puzzle replacement request through their so-called "Puzzle Warranty". That was in November and I got a confirmation email saying they'd be in touch. I reached out again in January and was told that all puzzle replacements are delayed due to staffing challenges. Is there an estimate? No. No problem, I understand. I called them in April and spoke to someone. She was very pleasant and said I would get an email or a phone call within the week. It's now July. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Grandchildren 8 and 9 years old enjoyed this puzzle.
