LOVE this product!! A little goes a long way. Am adding just a teaspoon to my daily yoghurt together with some chia seeds and liquid stevia - it gives a great fruity flavour to my probiotic dessert without adding a shedload of calories. Am really glad to have found this great product and love the fact that it is clean and pure. Thanks a lot!!!

I've mixed it into yogurt and used it to add more flavor to a raspberry filling for my daughter's birthday cake. It's sweet and tart, very good.

I really enjoyed the flavor of this raspberry powder. I made a cake and just needed 2 table spoon to ended up with a delicious raspberry cake. It is a bit expensive though.

I used this to make raspberry rose macarons because I couldn’t get the brand I normally use unless I bought 2 lbs which is way more than I needed. I have made these macarons 3 times and they were fabulous. When I opened this packet if freeze dried raspberry powder it smelled weirdly more like strong tea with a hint of raspberry. When I made the raspberry filling for my macarons this powder made the filling a more a darkish purple than red. I hated the filling and friends who have had my raspberry rose macarons before hated the different taste of the filling with this different brand of powder. It was beyond disappointing as macarons are so much work but normally these are so worth the effort. If you like super tart and don’t mind a purple color then maybe this will work for you, but I would not buy again . I’d just make a different flavor if macarons instead
