This watch works perfectly out of the box, and I really like the look. Here's why I give it 4 stars instead of 5:1- The color of the face is not as saturated or bright as it appears on the photos - see my photo for more details. It is still a beautifully crafted watch face, which catches the light in a mesmerizing way, but not as striking in color as it appears on the website.2- The crystal is curved and very reflective. When you're around bright light sources this can make the watch a little harder to read than those with flat crystals3- the band says "genuine leather". Maybe? It feels like cheap pleather. Not really a major issue as I usually swap out my watch bands for mesh.4- the "gold" color appears halfway between yellow gold and rose gold - I don't think I can buy an aftermarket watch band that will match. I'll probably get a black watch band.5- the self winding mechanism is the loudest I've ever heard on a watch. It is audible in a quiet room while the watch is on your wrist. Usually I can only hear it if I hold a watch close to my head.None of these are critical issues that should put you off of this watch. Especially at this price point it still feels like a good deal and I am happy.
