Why are people commenting that it helps make cats slim? I don’t want my cats to loose weight because they are at healthy weight?

There is a Meowing Heads variety called Fat Cat Slim and some reviewers may have been referring to this . My cat eats the salmon version and really likes it (she also liked the chicken version).
