Tow Harness

This worked perfect for our boat to tow grandkids on tube. Good price and very good quality. Did have to get 2 connectors to attach it to the boat as connectors on the rope wouldn’t fit to boat. Easy fix from hardware store. Then we connected to that.

Was looking for an alternative to the towbar available for my pontoon boat. 22' with a Merc 90 outboard. Was skeptical it would work but cheap enough to try. Far better than $1000 + anyway. It was a bit of a pain to get the rope ends shoved through the eyes on the back of the toons. I was concerned about the rope putting stress on the ladder during turns but so far it hasn't. It floats out of the way of the prop and I like that only the rope is in contact with the aluminum eyes, not the stainless steel clips. I've only been out for a trial voyage with my 2 person tube but will give it a workout this weekend. Will update if I find an issue. Happy with this purchase.

The clips to attach to the boat do not open wide and had to purchase some additional hardware to "clip" the rope to the boat.

I needed a harness to use on our new pontoon boat to keep the tow rope away from the motor. This worked perfectly and it’s long enough to pull over the motor and tie to the railing when not needed. There is no need to continuously connect/disconnect. Great harness and sturdy.

I have a 1987 Ski Supreme and the ski eyelet in the center of the stern is pretty loose. I bought this attachment so I could use the transom rings on both sides of the stern. It clips onto the rings no problem! Since the transom rings are lower, when tubing I use an inflatable booster (an Orb) that sits in the middle of the tow rope. It helps keep the rope out of the water. Overall it's a great setup for my needs!

Bought it to tow a tube but I have a Tower. Saw a boat broke down and offered to tow him in. I grab the double hook and it towed the boat several miles back to the dock. Very impressed really strong. If you can pull a boat it's good enough for a tube.

The clips are slightly small but works on my old boat. Found another brand that had a bag and larger clips and think I like it better.

I purchased this in conjunction with the 60-footer so I would have an equal set with the 4100 capacity. This is very high quality and will last for years and years. We used it for towing the tube and also for towing the tube and two kayaks by reversing it in order to get to our destination. We typically had 2 adults and 2 teens on our 4-person tube and had not issues with this rope.

Looked really good. I was impressed it looked just like what I was expecting and was excited to use it until I got out on the water. The clasp they put on the end of the bridal are too small. I couldn’t even get them to clip on to the eyelets of my boat. I had to feed the rope through then chip on to the rope itself. I won’t buy this product again. Bummer.
