HP Chromebook F7W49UA#ABA 14-Inch Netbook (White)

We’ve had this a couple weeks with no problems at all. Overall good quality, there was a couple of scratches (nothing real noticeable) but hey it’s refurbished and my kids were gonna scratch the corners anyways.

You def get what you buy. My computer was a present for my daughter. Opened the laptop and it had no charger and had severe marks on the top screen. Within a week of her using it - it has died and says the OS is corrupt. I will be returning this.

Product works well. There are some blemishes on the lap top cover. I wouldn't sat it in very good condition just good. I will have to purchase a lap top cover because of the blemishes but it works great.

I wanted a cheap, used Chromebook I could use for writing. All things considered, this was a decent choice. Pros: 1. It's in decent shape, and it's a nice machine. I ordered a "very good" refurb, and I think it pretty much meets that standard. It's white, so it clearly shows use, but everything's fine otherwise. 2. The keyboard is responsive and laid out well, which can be hard to find in smaller laptops and Chromebooks. 3. The screen is bright and easy to read. Cons: 1. The version of Chrome OS I got is no longer supported, which apparently means that you can't download almost anything. On my newer Chromebook, I have Google Play, and I'm able to download most of the same apps I have on my Galaxy S9 phone. On this machine, though, basically everything I do has to be done through the Chrome browser, which - again - is fine for my current needs, but would pose an issue to anyone trying to do anything other than writing or maybe online shopping. 2. The trackpad is a tiny bit wonky. It works fine 90% of the time, but every now and then when I click on something it goes a little haywire. I think a wireless mouse should fix this. 3. It took a little finessing to get the charger in place. For a few minutes, even though it was plugged in, the machine was flipping between charging and not charging. In my case, I took out the charger and I just blew on the charging port, and that seemed to resolve the issue.

I've had a few Chromebook's and LOVE them! In this particular model I love the size of the screen (It's big!) and the battery life is phenomenal! This computer can lay right on your lap for hours and doesn't get hot. I wish I could have picked a different color than white, but that's the only complaint. :-)

Laptop arrived today with stains all over case and the keypad mouse doesn't work. Sending it back

this hp chrome book was out of date, so i bought it by mistake. i can not use it cause it is not safe or secure for my information. it did not say it was out of date on the description when i bought it so i would like a refund and get my money back, thank you.
