I am a 50 yr old woman, 5 ft and 95 lbs. I started trying to lift as heavy as possible to gain weight and support bones and muscle. I was using my daughters jaffick belt to do squats and deadlifts. 80 lb squat and 100 lb deadlift. My back hurt during and after exercises with jaffick belt. She wanted jaffick belt back so i bought this belt. Its stiffer and thicker with no pad in the back. I have no back pain anymore when lifting and was able to increase my weights 5 to 10 lb on both deadlift and squat. I'm very happy with it. Everyone said it was sized smaller so i ordered a sz up for me, a small instead of xs. I'm using the 4th smallest buckle. I think the xs would have worked too there are lots of buckle holes. Happy with more back support and increasing lift weight.

Perfect sizing, some room to gain and some room to lose. 7mm proved to be the right thickness as to not be too pliable or too rigid either. Time will tell if the leather holds up with regular use but for now, works as intended.

Nothing but a good high quality belt that will last a decade or more.

Overall great, good value. Only gave 4 stars because the belt is stiff new and the two metal pieces get stuck. I'm assuming the more I use it the easier it will be. It's also very rigid and upped my leg game at the gym. Overall, highly recommend if you're starting out or looking for a more affordable option.

My waist is about 40 and I ordered a large, fit good on the second to last prong, it provides really good support, I have a smaller torso and am 5’2” and I really like how it fits on me and stabilizes my core

I bought this because I figured it was time to finally buy a belt for Deadlifts, Bent over rows, Squats, and RDL's. I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm 5'9" and 200lbs and I initially bought a Medium, but the Large was the better fit. You want to measure at your belly button. I usually tighten down to the 5th holes. I didn't want to spend the money for a snap belt, so this was the next best option for me. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for that extra support.

Muy buen material y acabados, cómoda en la parte interna a diferencia de otras que son solo el cuero esta trae una capa suave, en cuanto a la talla es mediana nacional pero no estaría de mas pedir una talla mas para que tengas mas soporte, un poco rígida de momento (naturalmente) veremos que tal con el paso del tiempo y uso, ademas que trae una bolsilla para guardarla :) 💪🏼👍🏼

Fits perfectly and it is supercool! Being one of the few females in going to a proper gym it is hard to find good sizes and with a nice skull! it comes also with a great plastic zip bag which I re-used to keep my bear-grips and some elastic bands, so now it is all in order. The quality of the belt is stunning,and the cost is affordable. Many years of exercise looking ahead!
