I have been taking this aloe regularly for over a year and I do feel like it has helped my gut and overall wellbeing. I also have less bloating.

I take 2 ounces and put it in lukewarm water. I think it’s refreshing. It’s good for my bloating and digestive track. I think it’s the best on the block

Three swallows first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything, and I will not have heartburn all day long. It really does not have any flavor to it, but you feel it cooling and soothing your digestive tract all the way down. I've been drinking it daily for a couple of years now. It is expensive, but one liter lasts nearly a month, and is worth every penny. They could package them a little better; occasionally one will arrive somewhat dented, but I have not had one leak (yet).

This product has been life changing to me. Taste and smell are not great but the results have truly changed my stomach issues. I have battled serious stomach issues my entire life and until now I am starting to enjoy food and feel "normal". This has tremendously helped my digestive issues and also allowed me to experience a flat stomach. If I do not take it daily, I seriously regret it because not only do I feel bloated but my stomach hurts.

I have no idea how to drink this product the taste is awful. Please someone tell me how after spending $40 dollars I can make it pissible for consumption. I am unable to return it, so if I don't get an answer from someone then I will have to dump it in the trash.
