A fine solution for an annoying problem
I had Achilles tendinitis which disrupted my very active life. I had difficulty walking. The doctor gave me exercises but it took months to completely heal. These lifts made life bearable. I was functional again wearing them, without pain or mobility impairment. There were a lot of expensive choices but I chose these for the good reviews, reasonable price, and flexibility they offered. For me they fit the bill, swapping between footwear (even slippers!). An easy to use solution that doesn't break the bank.

Helpful and comfortable, but they fall apart quickly and are not lasting for the cost.
I have purchased this heel lift (singular- only one heel lift for those seeking two) multiple times because I have found it comfortable and helpful to work with a small leg discrepancy. However, despite not taking them apart- I use all the layers in my shoes- they fall apart really quickly, then you suddenly have multiple layers of a heel lift shifting underneath you while you walk- and if you walk a lot like I do in NYC, it's annoying and something more durable would be better. I haven't figured out which I like better (except for Dr. Foot that I use in my dance shoes that are sturdier, but a bit narrow for my regular walking boots). If you understand you're only getting one heel lift, and need a quick fix/support and aren't expecting longevity, then it'll do the trick temporarily.

They work as intended
If one leg is shorter they help you level up

Powerstep Adjustable Heel Lift
By far the best lift I’ve ever had. It’s comfortable and holds up far longer than others I’ve tried! Will buy again and again.

You only get one single lift
Pretty expensive given that you don't get a PAIR.

Like the height adjustment option
I like the height adjustment. I’ve 2 or the 3 levels in my one shoe, the 3rd one in my opposite shoe. My left leg/ankle/foot my a medical problem @ the shoe with 2 levels. It’s reducing my pain. I’m around sandy soil & that along with the HOKA shoes, which the mesh like tops, sand gets under my insole to the arch pad. I’ve had to readjusted the heel support because of the grittiness in my shoes, but just on my left one. Adhesive might be better in less gritty soil and/or leather shoes. I’m not sure how long they last, this is my first time using them.

Very disappointment in this product!!!!
I have a pair of insoles from powerstep that my doctor sent me a couple of years ago. They still work perfectly. I've been having some pain in my heels lately. I decided to order these to help. They're "USELESS". I repeat they are "USELESS". They made my feet/heels hurt even more than before. Don't waste your time or money on this product. It seems as though they just cut a piece of cheap foam and sold them to the public. Powerstep I am very disappointed in you and your product. I've been telling people about how great your products were for years. You've made a liar out of me. I will never buy your products again.

takes stress of joint to better alignment

I wore this with all three levels, the only thing I noticed is that it does compress over time. I think value-wise though it's really a superb alternative to custom orthotics because I can afford to buy multiples instead of one expensive one that needs to be moved from shoe to shoe for $700.
