Saved my clocks!
I was recommended this product by ChatGPT. My grandmother had a grandfather clock that hadn’t worked in over thirty years. After cleaning and oiling it has been working for over two months now. It also helped tune up an old wind up Christmas decoration. This oil is very thin and penetrates nicely into moving parts. Excess oil is easily removed with a q-tip.

Nice product
Nice kit. Comes with the correct size nozzles to reach hard to get to oil locations on clock. A little goes a LONG way. Great price

My clock works again!
My antique clock kept stopping after a few minutes. I used this oil on all the moving parts of the clock. Clock has been running perfect since. Very pleased.

Good oil
Tried to oil an old clock and it worked a little better after it. It still needed to be taken apart and cleaned.

Works as advertised, just be aware you only need a small amount
I needed to oil and old music box that no longer worked because it needed oil. I'm not a clock repair person so I did not realize that truly "a little dab will do ya". I didn't put on a lot of oil, but in hindsight I probably used too much, now the music box plays but since it has like zero friction it seems to play TOO fast! Eventually over time it will slow down to a better pace as dust accumulates. So lesson learned it add a VERY small amount at a time, like one drop to an area then test, repeat until it works.

Oil Worked Great on My Gummed Up Grandfather Clock
Have a grandfather clock purchased new in Italy in 1982. It has a Hermle 451-053H movement. I bought a pen oiler with synthetic oil on here in 2015, used it at that time and several times since to rectify issues with timekeeping. Worked OK for that. Recently chiming became erratic, mostly striking on hour failing. Tried cleaning and re-oiling from side holes on the cabinet but still issues. Bought this kit and took off the hands and clock face to access the movement better. Discovered that a lot of lube points on the face were gummed up with green gunk which I cleaned with the sharp end of short bamboo skewers which had been dipped in aerokroil. Also used q-tips dipped in aerokroil (to point of dampness, not to point of aerokroil dripping out) to clean up the gunk. After thoroughly drying this up I carefully oiled all the lube points with this oil, put the weights and pendulum back on and started the clock up. The chimes started working perfectly again, 24 hours later. This particular movement is supposed to have 25-30 year life, but the now 42 year old movement is now working fine again, thanks to this oil. My impression is that the pen oiler with "synthetic oil" I bought back in 2015 could have contributed to the green gunk in my clock, this oil seems to be a lot better. I also like the bottle with the two nozzles better, as it is easier to hold while getting into tight spaces than the long pen oiler, and it is a lot easier to meter out a single drop from this bottle while you are lubing in tight spaces deep inside the clock movement.

Grandmother clock oil (emperor works)
Excellent design. I avoid narrow use products but this delivery system is worth the cost. Prevents excess oil delivery and permits precise use.

Excellent item, comes with dispensers unfortunately it has not cured my stopped clock. I think it may need a professional clock maker to sort it out. Good item though, very pleased.
