This ramen is delicious. Excellent wheat alternative. It does take a little longer to cook but comes out perfect.

We are a gluten free household and I love the taste, texture and price of these! I often get them at Target and Costco when I want them ASAP. I love the very few ingredients they contain.

I started a gluten free diet 2 months ago to help with my hashimoto symptoms and it is kind of difficult to find gluten free tasty foods.. those noodles are my favorite , easy to prepare and delicious .I love that theese are not only gluten free but also great ingredients for anti-inflammatory diet.

I like these noodles, and feel good about eating them. I deducted a star because they are absurdly expensive, which causes me to be reluctant to use them, which kind of defeats the purpose. If their price was similar to other pasta, I'd eat them all the time.

First time buying this brand of ramen on Amazon and it arrived in good condition. It came with 4 servings of ramen. I would buy again from Amazon.

I highly recommend these. For those that eat gluten free you know there's some horrible tasting stuff out there. However, these were very pleasant surprise. I love these and use them in place of pasta for a lot of different things.

These were awesome, but still pretty good. Seems like they are now skinner noodles.

I bought this because I wanted to try some higher quality ramen than the instant noodles I grew up with. Rice Ramen did not disappoint! The cooking process for this ramen is more like pasta, and the texture is so nice compared to instant noodles. You actually get some chewy texture with these noodles. Best of all, if you have leftovers, those don't get mushy. I'll definitely buy again.
