SYLVANIA EFP 64627 100w 12v HLX GZ6.35 Bipin Halogen light bulb

The bulb for my Eumig S 510-D projector blew. If you do a google search for a replacement, you find suppliers selling them for $50. However, if you search for the specs of those bulbs, this is an exact match and was $10. I decided to buy three. If they didn't work, I'd return. But, popped the first one right in, fired up the projector, and it worked good as new. Better, even, since the bulb I pulled out said "made in W. Germany," was probably the original. Great light, no problems with the projector. I expect the lifespan will be as long or better than the original. Get several while you can, especially at this price. This WILL fit compatible 8mm projectors!

Works great, as expected. Hey, it's a lamp, so there's not much to go wrong, but it is a good one and at a good price. Used in a Sankyo movie projector.

Bulb works great for my chinnon/Sears projector. Don’t touch the bulb with your hands. Use untainted gloves or like I use, latex. Moisture in your hands creates a moisture build up and ruins the bulb quicky

Works good but doesn’t seem quite as bright as the old light but still gets the job done well

It worked just as advertised. Value was great. Brightness was as expected.

Always look for bulbs that have HLX as part of the lamp code that you need. These provide superior brightness and screen illumination if you are using them for a film projector. I'm very pleased with the results in the increased performance over other bulbs I have tried.

These lamps, instead of casting an even white light, cast a light that seemed to be marred by the shadow of the lamp filament or something like that. There was some kind of irregular black/grey line shape being “projected” by the lamp, which made it totally unusable. I would have sent the two lamps back except I couldn’t be bothered, they were shipped to me from overseas.

Worked a treat and was not too expensive for a projector bulb. The projector is a YELCO P111Q that that had not been used for over 35 years. Now that I have it running again I intend to copy family films from the late 1970s with my digital camera.
