Tasty Fried Chicken
I am new to using Jamaican spices. Tonight, I fried 3 wings using this chicken seasoning and 3 wings using Chef Merito chicken seasoning. Both were very good. This Jamaican chicken seasoning has become a new favorite. When I opened the container, the aroma of allspice (I think) was very strong. My only complaint was that the container was only 3/4 full. I like my containers to be completely full when I buy spices. I will buy again.

Great flavor
I tried it looking for the taste my mother’s Sunday chicken would have. I used it to season my chicken and I am pleased with the product.
