My daughter needs this for her medical condition and the last three times I’ve received it, it has been separated and unusable. This is a problem as it is necessary to keep her healthy and this company is obviously it keeping their product in a controlled environment. This is the last time we will order through this company.

My grandson is tube fed as such he has been losing weight which he can not afford to do. This product is adding fat and calories to his diet

I ordered this late Jan : early feb and the product got delivered late feb with an expiration date of July 25 . How can one finish 4 bottles of MCT oil in that time span ? It’s not like a protein drink where one drinks teh whole bottle . And this has no return policy . So expensive with such later delivery and early expiration date .

I was using this for my mother who is underweight and helped with that - however he aware that this product is not pure mct oil it has canola oil and that creates brain fog on any patient with neurological problems so I had to stop using the problem

If you want to maintain a high fat low carb diet and don't mind drinking MCT's this is about the only choice on the market. I am guessing the low demand and business model require this to have a large profit margin which is reflected in the over $50 price per bottle. At 1100 calories that is a high cost per calorie but in the special situation such as traveling on a ketogenic diet this is probably the only option other than stopping at greasy spoons and eating bacon! This lets you keep driving without the hunger. That said the price precludes regular usage.
