I have a hard time falling asleep for a few months now. I tried other brands but I don’t get the same quality of sleep. I was hesitant after seeing some negative reviews and kept them in mind when trying this product. I saw someone mention heartburn, and I do see what they mean BUT I only noticed it after eating foods that also could have given me heartburn so I don’t find it to be a direct fault of the product. Someone mentioned them changing the formula and it doesn’t smell like mint and mine absolutely smelled of mint. I fall asleep within a half hour of taking the capsules and sleep like a baby. I figured for the low price in comparison to others they would flop and I have been pleasantly surprised. This is absolutely a product I will repurchase and will suggest to anyone looking for melatonin.

Best working Sleep Aid I have tried so far - I get really sleepy within an hour or two of taking it. I feel to experience better quality sleep periods as well due to dream recollection / REM state. I feel safe with the natural ingredients. The minty taste + smell is pleasant in an easy pill to swallow. They are relatively affordable compared to other sleep aids, but you can find them for around $11 with other subscribe n save sites (Amazon only gets them down to ~$14 on their sub n save). I use Amazon when I need overnight or 2day shipment!

I bought as the reviews said Ellen used and liked them. I also saw this brand sold at Target. Just 2 before bed, keeping me asleep 6 or longer. Little groggy in morning.

I came across this product one day while scrolling through tiktoks and I saw a girl stating that this worked. I went ahead and pulled it up on target as that’s where she purchased it from, the reviews were insane. It made me very curious. I have tried everything from ashwaganda, melatonin, magnesium and of course the trusted Nyquil. The instructions state to take 2 pills 30mins before bed time. I will say it does take me longer then the 30mins but it has put me to sleep each night I have taken it. So I will be repurchasing!

I was pretty hesitant after seeing “Proprietary Blend” but since I was getting around 4 hours of sleep I had to work with it. Just keep in mind that these aren’t Benadryl, so you have to do your part to earn a restful sleep as well. On some days, I drank too much caffeine and decided to prepare for sleep late which didn’t give me good results but my sleep increased by 3 hours when I did what I was supposed to 👍🏾

On the Ellen DeGeneres show she spoke of this product. It didn’t seem like she was just trying to promote the company, she honestly said she’s tried everything, and this was the only thing that really helps with sleep. Oh my gosh, she was not kidding. I love the combination of ingredients and it really does work great. And I like the smell. Don’t toss the little insert that comes in the box. It’s a quick read, but a good one. I love what they had to say.

Didn't do anything to help me sleep, in fact made sleeping worse. Would definitely not buy again.
