I love this mash, I made a hot sauce from it and everyone loved it, and it made some amazing salsa too! I will definitely be buying this again.

This stuff is over the top hot but it's great for mixing it with all kinds of other things (which is its intended purpose). It heat tons of heat and adds a good favor.

I bought this for two purposes, make spicy mead, and hot and spicy jerky. In the mead it did create a good level of spicy and made it easy to balance out with ginger. Which was important because I use spicy mead as a replacement for ginger beer in mules and with rum. What it did for my jerky was far better. It came out with a heat that builds but doesn't outshine the smoke and other flavors.

Convenient heat, very hot, but does add some nice flavor when diluted. Used it to make hot sauce, easier and more consistent than dried hot peppers.

Pretty hot...Perfect base for making your own hot sauce.

I will definitely buy this again. I love this stuff. I throw a small dab into anything and it goes from average to nuclear. Wings, chili, salsa, curry, kimchi and so on.

This mixed well with other sauces and has a great flavor.

This pepper paste is fantastic--VERY hot. Opening the jar, it smells absolutely delicious, fruity and rich. Added some small dollops to my batch of hot sauce and it fired the taste right up. It arrived packed in bubble wrap, and it was evident some of the oils or juices had leaked out of the jar during shipping. The bubble wrap was stained red and I was afraid of getting pepper oils on my hands. Strongly recommend a different kind of packaging for shipping.
