Wow its not easy to find a berberine containing tea thats drinkable.
Golden seal, also known as life everlasting was recommended by Edgar Cayce for vitality and support for the heart and immune system. The fact that is has berberine in a consumable form is great. I add a chai tasting tea like Numi rooibos Chai or Honey bush to help with the taste. I also sweeten with monk fruit drops and I'm good. A great tea for someone making a come back
