10/10 would recommend!
These are a must have with toddler boys! My son was peeing through every diaper I got for him at night and would wake up soaked. I got these, because they don’t have the ‘pee-grit’ looking gel balls. They are amazing!! So absorbent he doesn’t wake up wet! I even use them now in his pull-ups at night too! They are super functional so i can use them in any diaper or pull ups. They are also soft but durable over all. Super grate price for what you get!

Buy it!
Totally solved the night leakage problem! And aside from being very absorbent, the pad is really soft, my baby hasn't had any rash or redness from it. Great product!

LifeSaver and GameChanger-Placement is KEY
We bought these cuz our 19 month-old was waking up soaked in pee. Every morning was the same: change and wash his clothes, change and wash both the sheet and mattress pad, wash his blanket and lovey. We were beginning to get worn out. We’d already switched to overnight diapers AND sized up. I frantically got on the internet and started searching for an answer to our problem. These came up, so I looked at the reviews. Could this be the answer? It took a couple of days to get it positioned just right. If you put it all the way at the top of the diaper, only the booster pad is utilized and the diapers are dry. The shorts were still slightly damp. What a waste! But man, that booster pad probably holds 8-10 lbs of liquid. How could I get use of the diaper too? So I started moving the pad around. Eventually, I placed it further down, where it would still hold his tinkeydonkey down but have an spot at the top that was just diaper. That way, the pee could get caught by the diaper too. That did the trick. I’m convinced you wouldn’t have to use an overnight diaper with this pad. The pad holds SO MUCH. So far, no rash (I’ve seen it mentioned in other reviews), and my kid has eczema. We won’t ever be without these. It’s so nice for my son to wake up dry EVERY MORNING! Less laundry and work for me!

Buy them! Buy them! Buy them!
My 14 month old started leaking through her overnight diapers at around a year. By 13 months she would wake up soaked and we would have to wash her sleep sack, pajamas, mattress sheet, mattress pad etc. It was an ordeal. We wanted to find an economical solution and decided to buy a handful of cloth pocket diapers with fleece/cotton reusable overnight inserts. Big mistake! No matter how many times we tried to adjust the position of the diaper and the pad or even add extra inserts, she leaked through and once again everything had to be rewashed. We were going out of town and decided to buy these on a whim—we stuck the pad to her overnight disposable diapers and she woke up dry. The wetness indicator on her diaper hadn’t even turned blue. Somehow these pads absorbed everything! We now use these with cloth diapers for overnight use and they work like a charm. We ended up positioning them with the pad covering the front and bottom of the diaper more so than the back because she sleeps on her stomach and tends to leak on her front side. That helped a ton with catching the overnight leaks. While I would loved for the non-disposable pads to work, I can’t see why I would try anything else when we’ve had 100% success rate using these and 0% with any other pad or diaper we’ve tried. If you have a heavy soaker or find yourself constantly changing baby’s diaper overnight—GET THESE PADS! They are now one of my top five baby/toddler products. I can finally wake up in the morning to a dry, happy baby.

Great pads, helps my 17 month old toddler boy stay dry
I have tried the other popular brand of pads to help with overnight leaks, and my toddler got soaked every night. So I switched to these pads and they work a lot better and my toddler has stayed a lot drier and less leakage. The other pads had some gel beads in it when it got too wet, and these don't have that. They cost a little more, but I have to say it is worth the money. I would recommend these. I gave this a four star review because my toddler still has a little leakage but it is not quite as bad as the other brand I used.

150% worth the money
Our 2 year old pees so much through the night, it’s unreal. Multiple pajama and bedsheet changes, which means he was waking constantly. We just finished night 3 of using these and we are so impressed. He slept ALL night. This morning his pajamas were completely dry. These pads have completely changed our night time struggles.

Better than Sposies and Dimples
My toddler boy is an extraly heavy wetter. We use a size up in Huggies overnight diaper and sposies booster pads were our go to but he would still fill up the whole diaper and it would still leak. Now we use these booster pads and they are so absorbant that part of the overnight is still dry! -This are thicker than dimples but thinner than Sposies. -dimples is the least absorbant ( he leaked through these every time), Sposies is in the middle ( but sometimes it would come apart and there would be gel beads all over my son), these Naturally Nature are most. The Naturally Nature has the adhesive back which is a qhuge plus and it only comes in one size so no need to worry about that

Adds absorbency!
These fit perfectly into my son’s Millie Moon size 3 diapers. We love the extra absorbency it provides overnight. It seems like it will be even more useful as he grows. He wakes up dry most mornings with these. We have had a leak out the side a few times but I think that’s because I played him on his side to nurse and let him sleep like that in my bed. Typically on his belly or back there are no leaks. No rashes upon waking, which is great. I like the quality of these and the natural ingredients compared to others I have tried.

My toddler has been soaking her nappies overnight. Tried the overnight nappies and did not work, so I researched a bit more and tried these. Since then she has never soaked through again. Will definitely purchase more.

Me ayudaron muchísimo a que no me amanezca mojado mi niño con los pañales que tiene que antes aguantaban súper bien per ya tengo que subir de talla, mientras se acaban los que tengo estos pads me ayudaron muchisimo!

Really great product that has saved us from drenched pants/shorts, sleeping suit and bed. My only reason not giving it 5 stars is that the adhesive is pathetic - we use these with regular sized nappies he normally wears, so thankfully there really isn’t any movement where the adhesive would then be essential.
