Great camera. Works great with Security Spy NVR software
I have two of these for outdoor security on my rural property. I like them a lot. I tried the Amcrest NVR but it was awful. But I am quite likely to buy more of these cameras. Super sharp images and video. Convenient POE power source. Night vision isn’t as good but that is to be expected.

NIGHT VISION DONT WORK
Bought two of these and was planning on buying 10 more. Well 1 I love the cameras very clear in the daytime. 1 camera's night vision will not come on and stays dark so it will be sent back works only in the daytime just wondering how many more I buy if they will work or not

This replacement 4K security camera does not fully function without Amcrest DVR
I bought this replacement cctv 4k camera for our existing system. The audio does not function. We tried every DIP setting. Customer service does answer, but technician barely spoke english. The Amcrest tech put me on hold twice and eventually hung up on me. I called again with the same result. This time a Amcrest representative told me their cameras only function properly with Amcrest DVR. I read some reviews were other customers mention this. I would not buy this camera again. The Annke brand cameras are better for less money.

Great image.
I have 10 of these in use right now, some for over 2 years with no issues. The picture quality is what you would expect from a 4K (8mp) camera. That is excellent. The east and west facing cameras flicker for 10 minutes at sunrise-sunset respectively. Not much that can be done about that, I suppose. I have 10 of these cameras in use, but have purchased 14 of these. The 4 that have failed had varied problems like being completely black at night, poor quality image, or no image at all. To assure it is not a cable problem, I plug them directly into the back of my (Amcrest) DVR to confirm. I only dinged one star for the bad cameras, as I live in Nebraska, and it ranges from -20 to 110 degrees outside with wind gusts up to 60 mph occasionally. I replaced the bad cameras with the same model, so that should tell you something. Nothing better for the price.
