I haven't noticed any big changes as far as repairing or recovering any faster since taking this and the taste by itself isn't great at all compared to their creatine. I feel I repair faster with just taking BCAA's and will probably just continue down that path instead.

Nasty taste! Threw it out after one week

Great brand terrible taste
I really like the instanized creatine so I figured I would buy this to add to my supplements and this stuff taste terrible. Definitely have to mix it with something strong to mask it. So that’s why I am giving it a 3 star cause I do not like the taste.
