The price was right. It was easy to take and no after taste. The effects was great. I had a lot of energy I could think clearer etc. I know this is a good qaulity vitamin due to the way I felt and I didn't have an upset stomach. Great Vitamin to take.

They are quite a large capsule compared to the B Complex100 I usually purchase from Amazon. (Sadly, they were unavailable.)They both contain almost an identical amount of the B Vitamins & etc, so I am not sure why they are so much larger. They’re a little difficult to swallow, but seem to work fine.

I like this company. Especially like that this product has 100mg vitamin B1 more than most other brands.
