Helped me with sleep and recovery
This is my 4th time repurchasing this product. Has helped me tremendously with sleep. I Don’t have trouble falling asleep but I wake up at night - this product helped me with that. I also recover better from exercise and fatigue. Takes about a week to see results for the sleep, energy follows. In my opinion, quite effective, good quality and value for money. I got this after a recommendation from the now defunct PCOS club on Instagram. Great purchase.

Amazing wonder product
I am a night shift worker, and I really needed something for my health, and I came across this for better sleep as my sleep was disturbed previously. Now I sleep better, can work much better at work, and perform well. I didn't expect much, but I am amazed by the product as it has more bioavailability than other products on Amazon and is safe. I had no side effects using the products. Thanks to the Trexgenics team for bringing this product. I will buy again to maintain the standards you already have. I am happy.

Good for recovery
It helps me to recover for next workout and have sound sleep. Just after having 2 pills before bed, I feel sleepy within 15 mins.

Testosterone booster
Excellent for those who have a active lifestyle. Especially in males zinc and magnesium gives a good testosterone boost. Best time to take will be at night. Just be careful not to pair magnesium with calcium because they both fight for their absorption. Effective. Sleep recovery. Testosterone boost

Having some issues with them
It took one capsule before going to bed in the night and felt some lethargy and slight headache on waking up the next morning. I have already used ZMA of two different reupted brands earlier and didnt have any such issues with them. Can somebody tell me why this is hapenning?

No muscle soreness after workout. Full day energy .

Unique formulation, the best in the lineup.
I take p5p and chelated zinc for other reasons, which I used to take from two different brands. Unlike Zinc sulphate, chelated zinc even crosses BB barrier and so thank you so much for squeezing it all in one cap. Chelated zinc, chelated magnesium, B6 (p5p) (not the regular pyroxidine hcl which needs conversion in the liver) and vitamin D too. I was skeptical since no Indian Brands worked for me at all. Done with one bottle and can tell you it works, plus its reasonably priced. Check online how much chelated vitamins and p5p cost. Thank you again to the manufacturer.
