This is my fab pasta !
My favorite . Best of garofalo in my opinion. Slippery on your tongue and plump to fill your appetite . Easy to cook but the distinctive presentable beauty is there . You can treat your guests .

Good pasta
I use this when I make proper pesto pasta.. Nice piece of seared salmon, a little salad and some pesto pasta.. Lovely 😋👌🏻
