This is the only probiotic I will take when I'm taking antibiotics. This product has saved me from the side effects of taking antibiotics. It's easy to swallow and is easy on the gut. I highly recommend!

So far so good.
I take probiotics but over time feel certain brands become ineffective. Saw the great reviews on this one and didn't hesitate to try it. I have bad ibs and need something to stop it. After 4 days of taking 2 a day I think this has helped a bunch, I don't go to the bathroom as much and my stomach isn't sour or rumbling from food & drink. I had beer and pasta and bourbon this weekend and couldn't believe how decent I felt the next day. I wouldn't say it fixed all my problems, but it definitely has made the stomach feel a lot normal. I think it's even making my energy levels better and sleep. It's about $1 a pill which is pricey but hey, if it works don't think about the money. Health is important.

This is an excellent probiotic. Does it cost more than a lot of other ones? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. I have digestive issues and this product has helped me a lot.
