Very good quality! Big, sturdy, not too heavy but they're solid. Much better than the little flimsy ones usually found at this price.

I was very nervous when I bought this that it would be cheaply made. I was also anxious that it might not hold my weight. I was surprised how sturdy it is. We use it daily for the past couple of months. It's still sturdy as when we first bought it. I'm pleasantly surprised at how great it is! I've recommended it to several people. A couple purchased one for themselves! It's a great value for the money. I love that it has a height adjustment so that I can progress to harder activities. The workout has been extremely effective as I've gotten stronger and lost some pounds!

I have enjoyed this step for exercise, and i can also use it for an incline or stretching. It is very sturdy, i feel safe while doing my step exercises. It is very nice to have the ability to raise the step up with the height adjustments provided. It is very easy to store and take with me if I’m working out at my sisters house.

Perfect for my body pump sessions at home.

Best one yet way bigger and better can be raised by step lifters to give it height.
