One it does not smell like bleach. 2. The smell is strong for less than a minute. I use Virex in my home and office long before pandemic because hospitals use it to kill pretty much all germs on contact. Wear gloves and you will be alright. Do not use on food surfaces. You want to use a food safe cleaner for that.
