High quality parking brake shoes for a very reasonable price
Very happy with these parking brake shoes for my 1999 GMC Sierra. They appear to very high quality and easy to install. The friction material appears to be semi metallic. The shoes included a new guide clip and screw to attach it to the backing plate. Be sure to clean and lubricate the star wheel adjuster pins and contact ends for the brake shoes with a high temperature synthetic brake grease. Once I installed these after adjusting the parking brake to have a very slight drag on the rotor, they work great and apply very evenly. I would highly recommend these parking brake shoes as a quality aftermarket replacement.

The brakes fits perfectly & perform very well!

*Hardware Warning*
Product fits/works as it should. However, be careful with the hardware. It is made of soft brass and will break with minimum torque. Had to use old hardware to finish job because of it.

Fits the 2008 tahoe. Don't forget the hardware kit.
