I have ordered these a few times. I buy these as I am a catheter user and unfortunately I get bladder spasm that cause leakages these are great protection against urine. They are sturdily and soft. These pants are comfortable. I also use these while on my period as they don’t annoy me as much as wearing an actual pad. I ordered size M and fits well, definitely worth the money for sure.

These incontinence pads are definitely the best Ive found so far. They leave me feeling dry and the design is discreet no outrageous bulkiness . The quality of these pads are outstanding and offer me a level of protection that is truly needed. I have a water allergy so even not going bear water is still an issue as when I try to do the simplest of tasks like hovering I react to my own body heat and wearing these pants ensures that I don’t come out in sores that underwear can cause .

I'm a size 18 to 20 but check the size in the information 20 to 22 and they are a snug fit the only downside is they roll under the belly I do normally get the always XL pull ups and they are a little bit big but do not roll under the belly and there in white so if you wear black you do feel a little self conscious so I think I'll save these black ones for when I'm wearing black bottoms

I was a size 14 pre pregnancy after reading the reviews I bought size XL. Had I just gone on sizing and bought large they would have been too small to wear. These only just fit me, they are slightly narrow on the buttocks and i have to keep moving them back in place.

Bought for older family member ...been so useful .comfortable..and look fine ,easy to get On ..they are in 70s.only needed for a few days .worth a try if needed ...let her relax and not have to run to loo..risking a fall,did give her confidence.

Started HRT and either have zero period or a years worth of it over 3 days which has led to either being trapped in the house making a mess of so many clothes or layering entire packets of towels, using tampons and period pants with them and then still only managing half an hour outside the house before needing to retreat! Don’t usually give this much info about me but I know when I was looking at reviews of these things that this would have helped, so I hope to help someone else! Anyway as I’m basically lining a full pant with towels and the washable versions a) are not enough to prevent leaks and b) make me sweat (think hot flushes) I figured I would just try these. Now usually I wear 14-16 size pants so I went for the larger size of these and have to say they could do with a little more space, the top rolls down .. BUT what a game changer for me. Just having these on and with no added protection I survived a good hours dog walk along a windy beach, did some housework, cooking etc and instead of the usual dash every 20 minutes to change things, all was fine! Not even uncomfortable as towels are when they need changing. I’m glad I got over the stigma of buying these because now I can actually crack on with life again. If you’re wondering whether these are good for ridiculously heavy periods then the answer is YES!
