Meow Mix Irresistibles Soft Cat Treats, Salmon, 3 Ounce (Pack of 5)

I usually give my 2 cats hard, crunchy treats. But this past week, one of the cats named Miss Piggy wasn't feeling well. She was having a hard time eating both her dry treats as well as her dry cat food. She had a much easier time with both after I soaked each in some water to soften them. After a visit to the vet and the removal of a tooth, she's much better but was advised to eat soft food for a bit longer. She's now enjoying canned food for a few days while the other cat, Squeaky, continues to eat dry. But they're both eating Meow Mix Irresistible Soft Cat Treats. Eating and LOVING the treats, I should say! I ordered salmon flavor since they both love salmon. They can't get enough. The treats are nice and soft and Piggy can eat them without any problems. Each bag is 3oz which doesn't sound very big but the bags contain A LOT of treats, so these will last quite some time. I had a bit of a shock when the treats were delivered today. I was in a hurry when I ordered them. I thought I was getting 3 bags of treats. Turns out, its FIVE bags. The price for 5 bags is incredibly reasonable and less than I'd pay elsewhere. There was only one thing for me to do... I signed up for Amazon's 'subscribe and save'! Now, the treats will be delivered automatically and I even get a discount on the already low price! I'm certainly not happy poor Miss Piggy wasn't feeling well recently but I AM happy it resulted in finding these soft treats that they love at such a reasonable price. Another bonus? No more little crumbs left behind from their old dry treats! YAY!Highly recommended if your cat eats treats. You can choose from other flavors including: chicken/turkey, tuna, turkey, and white meat chicken.

My cat seems to hate all treats, except these. I think it's a combination of the taste and soft texture. Arrived on time and great price.

This is a favorite snack for my picking cat. I love the way the bags are small and individual rather than a large quantity. The smell is minimal although he can sure smell it a mile away. The ingredients are definitely healthier than other products.

I'm giving it 5 stars because the dog likes them. I adopted my cat about a month ago. I've tried a few different treats. First, I thought he didn't like seafood flavor. Then, I thought he didn't want crunchy like his food. Nope and nope. Apparently, he's related to Morris and is just finicky. He's not much of a fan of wet food either. (The dog is.) These seem like they are tasty. He ate two of them. Since then, he's been leaving them for the dog, who doesn't mind at all, by the way.

Feeding cats is pretty much trial and error. The pampered cat who lives with us inside wouldn't touch these treats. Gave the "Are you serious?" look and walked off. I left them in her snuffle mat, but she never ate them. There are two or three feral cats we look after who reacted like we had given them manna from the cat god. They love these treats! So, my opinion is that they're worth a try, but as every cat owner knows, cat tastes are unpredictable ... and can change in a blink of an eye.

Well, all I can say is my cat absolutely loves these. They are soft and so good for my 16 year old Mickey. She usually throws up and I need to feed her about 6 times a day, small meals. Since I've been using these meow mix chicken treats, she hasn't thrown up. The other treats I had were Temptations, she liked them, but they were too hard and did not agree with her. These are so perfect, wish I could give her more then the 13 a day. Too bad they don't make a dry/soft food like this. The only other brand like this for a regular meal was Tender Vittles, which they do not make anymore for years. Hope this company listens and comes up with a new soft dry food for our Senior Kitties...

These are the only treats my cat will eat but I wish you’d bring back the 17oz plastic jar

These treats are soft and I buy them occasionally for my senior cats. They don't really have much of a smell that's noticed. The quality looks ok only a few broken pieces at the bottom of the bag and that's to be expected. The size is good about average for a typical cat treat. I'm assuming they taste good because my cats really like them. Health wise I'm going to say these are probably not very Health because often times after eating only 2 or 3 of these treats one of my will sometimes vomit and even if it's hours later I can see the pieces of the treats in the vomit which doesn't happen with any of the other treats that I give them. Overall I would suggest it but be warned about the potential for vomiting.
