Taste is good but has chunkier flakes than other brands I’ve purchased, and I prefer the consistency more refined I guess? I’ll put it through my coffee grinder and that should do the trick

I have no idea what sumac is supposed to smell or taste like, but this had a very strong chemical smell and taste - eww...I hate wasting my money.

This is my second order of this product. I find it excellent for adding a tangy, citrusy flavour to dishes. It’s much more economical than purchasing those small jars from supermarkets.
