This is a Product I bought on a whim expecting very little in general considering it had such a small price and also, had a small package. It gives a nice minty, tingling sensation. Unfortunately it is very short lived so you need to reapply frequently. However, WARNING. Painful mouth sores! After a romantic interlude, it was his turn and I got some residual in my mouth. There was a faint burning sensation but not enough to be alarming. The seller needs to send this is a box and not a bubble envelope. The package arrived ripped up on the inside. Which is a bit concerning. I've tried this once and it does have a nice bit of a tingle, but it doesn't last long, not even 5 min. I was hoping it would last longer. Will try again and hope for a longer lasting result.

Getting in on a personal note. Don't use this if you are sensitive. It is very cold and if you have a fan in the room it is a terrible feeling. I applied this product to my clitoris and almost immediately it started to burn like toothpaste, very caustic. I washed off the gel after 5 minutes and only after 15 minutes did the harsh cold in the area of my genitals. This thing actually stimulates you to stop having sex after using it.
