Excellent product at a good price. No taste, no odor. Easy to add to morning coffee. Many benefits I’ve noticed are healthier skin, hair & all around well being. Also a great base for salad dressing. Definitely thrilled the only ingredient is MCT from organic coconut oil.

This product is amazing!! There is absolutely zero flavor at all. I have been doing strict keto for 3.5 months and have lost almost 45 lbs (starting weight 212). This is great for a quick boost of energy before a workout or to keep me satiated between meals and keeps me full for sooooo long because it’s the fastest metabolized fat for ketones. I just add 1 tablespoon to a small glass of water and mix it with my electric frother and shoot it! So easy and so good!

I was turned onto MCT oil a good 15 years ago, early on in my strictly keto years. I have continued to use it, even as I’ve changed my diet for myriad reasons. Following the science, I use it as my everyday neutral oil, in cold and hot preparations. The fact that it is tasteless with a high smoke point makes it the perfect neutral oil. I keep it in a spray/pour bottle, and it’s very convenient. As to this particular brand, I’ve been using it for about six years now, and it’s consistently good, no problems, in a well-designed bottle that doesn’t leak. Good quality, no palm oil, which is very important to me. Highly recommend.

Great product, used in conjunction with diet and exercise it helped me lose 80 lbs. I also use a polyphenol rich olive oil that I buy on Amazon.

This is a big bottle & it last a long time. I think for the price point, it’s a very good buy. It is good quality MCT oil & I add it to my smoothies every morning. It adds a smoothness & I can definitely tell if I forget to add it. I feel like the taste, compared to other MCT oils I’ve tried before is a 9 out of 10. I would purchase this product again.

I’ve been using this Oil in my coffee for about 5 years. It’s excellent. No Gastro issues. I recently ran out and while waiting for my subscription to arrive, I decided to try another organic MCT highly recommended by Amazon. it has caused acid reflux, bloating and diarrhea. Misery. Lesson learned.

Such smooth flavor. I’m using it as a healthier method to get my meds. Some will understand that vague statement lol. The bottle is easy to use and doesn’t leak. I’m currently waiting for an MRI on my left shoulder so using my left arm is rather difficult and with the top they put on this bottle it’s very easy to use with just one hand opening it closing it and getting out how much you want. I’m about to buy more now.
