Excellent product at a good price. No taste, no odor. Easy to add to morning coffee. Many benefits I’ve noticed are healthier skin, hair & all around well being. Also a great base for salad dressing. Definitely thrilled the only ingredient is MCT from organic coconut oil.

This product is amazing!! There is absolutely zero flavor at all. I have been doing strict keto for 3.5 months and have lost almost 45 lbs (starting weight 212). This is great for a quick boost of energy before a workout or to keep me satiated between meals and keeps me full for sooooo long because it’s the fastest metabolized fat for ketones. I just add 1 tablespoon to a small glass of water and mix it with my electric frother and shoot it! So easy and so good!

I take a tbsp of this each morning, and I really like that it has no taste.

Great product, used in conjunction with diet and exercise it helped me lose 80 lbs. I also use a polyphenol rich olive oil that I buy on Amazon.

Like the product a lot for energy (in my coffee) and being on a low carb diet but hate it being in a plastic bottle. Will not purchase again unless in glass. Thought it’d be ok but after receiving and reviewing others, I agree, should be in glass bottle

Switched to this from another brand. Better value, more thought put into the packaging than most: the cap actually prevents the mct from pouring out uncontrollably, which is nice when making my morning coffee. Less wasted product, as well as keeping my portion as I intended. *I think most of us know what can happen if you over do it on the 'ol mct.

Great for cooking stir fry’s, adding to smoothies or coffee as a good fat source. Like the fact it is organic

Algo caro para no venir en bote de cristal, para no ser eco, y para tener sistema de dosificación que no va 100% del todo bien, deja el bote un poco manchado. Sobre ¨ urgencia baño¨ como dicen algunas opiniones de compra,(?!) será segun personas y dosis. Buena textura en la batidora. Por lo demas bien y bien que sea coco sin mezclas de otros aceites y contenga acido laurico. (Junto a vigilancia alimentación) parece hidrata un poco piel, mejora uñas .. energia ok ... aunque aun está ¨bajo obsevación ¨...

Buying it for the 1st time. Started using since a month, for the health benefits, it is too short a period to comment. But I am plesantly surprised by the overwhelming taste of it. Never knew that an oil could be so tasty.
