Let me start by saying... I shop a LOT. I've owned too many water bottles, and I'm cheap, but I also want good quality. I read so many reviews trying to find the right 1 gallon water bottle that would suit my needs. Before purchasing I saw that some people had issues with their water bottle spilling/leaking. I only encountered this one time when I didn't screw the lid on tight enough. That was my fault, and not the water bottle. Anyway.. at this point I've been using this water bottle for nearly a month and it's fantastic!! The handle and the strap are super convenient. I even found that I can put my car key on the little circular carabiner that comes with it so I don't have to bring my fanny pack into the gym. SO... on top of this water bottle having NO plastic taste, not having a taste at all or any weird smells (I have consistently only washed by hand with warm water)... this thing is IMPRESSIVELY DURABLE. I have tried really hard to not drop it as a direct hit to the tile floor or concrete mightve caused some irreparable/fatal damage... but the main **showstopper** with this water bottle... I took it to the gym and set it under the elliptical. It had defaulted to incline level 10 so I didn't realize until I was done with my workout that when I decreased the incline to a level 1 it had crushed in the top of my water bottle. I couldn't get it out. I had to turn the elliptical back on and start peddling to get the thing to go back up to level 10 and release my water bottle.... GUYS... when the elliptical incline increased and my water bottle was free... THE LID DECOMPRESSED AND POPPED BACK UP TO NORMAL. I did a tilt test after, and it DID NOT LEAK. 5 stars. Do recommend. LOVE. THIS. WATER BOTTLE. Oh yeah, and it helps keep me hydrated with the times on the side. This is the one!

This is probably the best bottle I’ve ever used, it doesn’t leak, it comes with a cleaning brush which makes cleaning it a breeze, and it actually encourages me to drink enough water! I literally take it everywhere everyday. When I got mine my mom and aunt loved it as well so I got two more for them, that’s how nice this bottle is. It’s simple but cute and very easy to carry, and it’s the best for traveling and long trips. It’s the perfect bottle but sadly it kind of exploded when it was sitting on my counter, I don’t know if it was the water inside or maybe the surrounding heat but it just popped out the side of the bottle. Other than that the bottle is wonderful and I’m definitely looking to get a new one now. This is one of the few things I’ve ever bought that was actually worth the purchase.

This is the perfect water bottle. I've had it for a few months now and I would definitely buy again. I love that it comes with two lid options and that it has two cleaning brushes. Other water bottles definitely do not have those items with them. I like how durable it is - it is not flimsy at all. I really love the fact that it does not have a strange aftertaste - you can leave the water in there for hours and it taste just as clear as when it's first poured in. 10 out of 10.

I loved my bottle! It was classy looking, easy to hold, and I didn’t notice any issues with leaking, except the normal sweating that nearly any bottle would do. I used mine to stay hydrated while I was counseling at camp this summer. It was great, until a kid got mad at me and punched it. I fixed it with a tape job, but it really doesn’t hold up well against punches, in case you were considering purchasing for that reason. I only had a couple of issues with this bottle. The first was with trying to clean the handle. It comes with a brush to clean it with, and it’s a pretty nifty brush that bends and can clean most of the bottle; unfortunately, this brush is slightly too big to clean the inside of the handle. The other issue was with the time labels. They started to rub/scratch off after a few weeks of use. I put a strip of packaging tape over them and that solved the problem. Other than those minor issues, I really liked this bottle! Once the tape job on mine gives out, I’ll probably repurchase. I use it so much!

Purchased the blue one. Contacting customer service. It's pretty but I feel like I'm sucking in air with the straw. Also, the base is wobbly. I'm wondering if this warped in shipping. Update: Customer service is excellent! No more wobbles. It's been leak proof. The straw can't make a complete seal when drinking but I wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't as severe on the distorted one (and I'm in a better habit of keeping it closed now. The brush could use improving (for now it can't fit into the handle for cleaning). This bottle is just so dang gorgeous and seems sturdier than previous bottles. So, I'd buy again.

Love the quality and functionality of the gallon water bottle. I love that it has the chug cap with position lock so the cap doesn't shut on you while drinking. The straw and bottle scrubber are a welcomed bonus as is the switchable straw to chug caps.

This is a great product. It comes with cleaning tools and is well made and sturdy. I'm very happy with it. Highly recommended!

It's a 2.2 little bottle not 3.9 little, it don't look the same. It has sport on side which is not on the original one and no other accessories delivered as mention, only the bottle which is also different.

I love this bottle as there are not many gallon-sized water bottles that are nice looking out in the market, but my only concern about this bottle is the lid. Had a feeling there was going to be issues with this overtime with the lid being plastic. The clear plastic where you open and pin back has now loosened after 1 week of use. I can still use the bottle and close the lid but it's kind of annoying having the clear plastic hit you in the face when you drink the water. Would like to see improvements to the lid but overall 4/5.
