Great recipes with a twist

Questo autore è sempre una garanzia e questo è un bel modo di entrare nel suo mondo, gli ingredienti sono meno del suo solito e si può cucinare al volo.

Magnífico libro de cocina simple y sencillo de seguir

Ottolenghi es un genio de la cocina, pero a veces sus recetas son farragosas de seguir o necesitan mil ingredientes difíciles de encontrar. Eso no pasa en "Simple" aquí todo es fácil de encontrar, no suele haber más de 5 ingredientes por plato y se cocina todo en 20 o 30 minutos. Un libro a tener en la cocina, sin duda.
