I love my Biofreeze ! I had never heard of it till someone at work mentioned the name and now that's all I use. It works right away. It has a cooling effect. The smell is not bad.

I carry the roller applicator with me so I can use as needed throughout the day, if needed. This seems to last longer than icy hot. Just remember to wash your hands after use. I won't buy any other brand.
