ATB 3 pcs Professional Salon Hair Coloring Dyeing Kit - Mixing Bowl, Angled Comb and Brush

After 5 months of letting my roots grow out and the salons still not able to help me because of the recent pandemic, I caved and bought an at home hair dye from a potentially reliable at home company. They are supposed to supply you with a "welcome" brush but I figured I would need the bowl and an additional brush anyways. I am very happy I purchased this in addition to what they provider me w my hair dye kit! Theirs was flimsy and not easy. This ATB professional hair kit was amazing. The brush was firm and held hair dye which was great for applying the dye to my horrid grey roots. The brush had a tail comb which made it super easy to part my hair and continuously apply hair dye. The bowl was great, I was able to easily mix up my hair dye. I'm not a professional so I dont know how it actually stands up to other tools but for me, the brushes worked well enough to apply all over my roots and spread the dye well and even. It got the dye saturated in my roots so that most grays were left. I loved it!

Amazing quality for the price. Bowl washed up like a dream and both applicators worked perfectly. Feel like I got great value on this purchase -- especially as I was sort of an uninformed buyer and was rolling the dice just trying to find something to make the process easier for some in home hair coloring during the COVID pandemic!

I have not used any similar products in the past, but the tools seemed to be effective and without defect. I mixed my bleach with the rat-tail end of the dedicated brush and used the brush end to apply the bleach (and later toner). I had zero issues with any aspect of this set, despite being a little put-off by how cheap the packaging looked. Everything held up and cleaned easily enough. Perfectly satisfactory.

The price on this tends to fluctuate. I purchased this little kit for $5 but upon writing my review, I see that it is now $3. That being said, $3 or $5, this is a great deal! The mixing bowl is made of a sturdy plastic so it won't bend despite filling it up with product. I can't really attest to the actual quality of the brushes, however, as I primarily use this to apply my colour shampoo, colour conditioner, and deep conditioning treatments. So far, the brushes have done well for me. I'm sure if you're trying to bleach or colour your hair though, it could be a different story.

I love this set because it makes coloring my hair so much easier,I used this strictly with no gloves and all I had to do to clean the brushes and bowl is to run it under cool water.its a sturdy and easy to use kit as well as it's very inexpensive.

You get what you pay for. This little set is a great value, but the bristles are not sturdy at all and the bowl is flimsy plastic. It did what it was supposed to, but I would have preferred something that was heavier and didn't feel like it was going to break in my hand. If you only color your hair 2-3 times a year this would be fine, but if you need to color every 6-8 weeks don't get this set. You are better off spending a few dollars more and picking up a set from a local beauty supply store to make sure you will have something that will last.

Everything you need for highlighting, root touch up, mixing, and application is contained in this kit. It's a steal whether you're a beginner or a pro who likes to use the brushes and combs to paint hair and especially for mixing developer with toners, dyes, and bleaches. I really use this kit a lot and it doesn't have unnecessary extras to break the bank. You'll be able to keep the bowl and brushes for years as they really cover everything you need. Love the kit, a great value.
